Trial Terms

1. Free and the trial are different
Nefru Free is permanent and includes one active project. Separately, every new workspace can explore the Studio plan free for 14 days. No card is required for either.
2. When the trial starts and who can use it
The 14-day Studio trial starts when your workspace is created. It is available once per new workspace. We may withhold or end a trial early if we detect abuse or multiple sign-ups for the same studio.
3. What the trial includes
Studio capacity: up to 15 active projects, with the same tools available on every plan and the trial's monthly AI allowance. AI use is not unlimited.
4. When the trial ends
If you have not subscribed, your workspace moves to Free. You are never charged automatically. Nothing is deleted or archived. If you have more than one active project, you choose which one stays editable; the others remain viewable and exportable until you upgrade, or archive or complete projects.
5. Subscribing during the trial
You may subscribe to Essential or Studio at any time. Your paid subscription begins when you subscribe; unused trial days are not credited.
6. Trials granted before October 2026
Workspaces that received a longer trial before this change keep their original end date, shown in Settings. After that date they follow the same rules as above.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these Trial Terms or modify the trial offering at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. We reserve the right to end a trial early if we suspect abuse, fraud, or a violation of our Terms of Service.
